Joshana is a seasoned lawyer with experience in health care litigation, health care administration, and bioethics.  After almost a decade serving as the Associate Disciplinary Counsel for the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts, where she helped manage the investigation and resolution of alleged violations of the Healing Arts Act, Joshana returned to private practice in November 2017 to focus on civil litigation.

“I am proud to work alongside attorneys who pay attention to the smallest detail without ever losing sight of the big picture.”
